 Ready to burn off 10-20lbs of body fat? This challenge is all about making sure calories, macros, and workouts are where they need to be in order to lose up to 20lbs. This is 8-week challenge will push you to make the habit changes necessary to finally shed off those unwanted lbs.

 

SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING 101

 

Duration: 6-Weeks

Fitness Level: Any

Location: Virtual In-App

Workouts: 3x per week

Equipment Needed: None

 

 This is a 6 week virtual training program Ethan will teach you how to protect yourself and neutralize any threat, even if you don’t have a background in martial arts. This program is for newbies, and you will be guided step by step.

HEALTHY MEAL-PREP COOKING CLASS

 

Duration: 60-Minutes

When: Saturdays @ 6pm

Cooking Skill Level: Any

Location: Zoom

 

Ever want to learn how to cook healthy meals for you and the family?  Or better yet, prepare it’s perfectly portioned and reheats well?  This 60-minute zoom cooking class will teach you everything you’ll need to know about meal prepping so that you can cook for your specific fitness goals? 

(All classes are held Saturdays @ 6pm)

Ethan is my trainer – train 3 days a week for one hour..
